Today America inaugurated, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Our nation is facing unique challenges from coast to coast. Joe Biden is going to do all he can to meet the challenges we face as a nation. I’m confident in the Biden/Harris administration. It will be useful to have an administration that understands the challenges facing the American People.
Biden grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He became the second Pennsylvanian to hold the office. His family moved to Delaware when he was young because his father, like many Americans right now, was out of work. Joe Biden knows the struggles of the American Family, unlike many other presidents.
President Biden will work towards the common goal of an America that works for all of our people and not just the wealthy few. The fact Joe Biden promised not to own stock during his first run for the Senate, and he has kept that promise ever since, to this day, Joe Biden holds no stocks.
Biden provides so many Americans, including myself, with hope because, as was chanted on the Campaign Trials We Know Joe! We Know Joe, and Joe knows what works for the American Middle Class. We will Build Back Better!
Kamala Harris made history today. We all should be proud of that history regardless of political party; not only is she the first female vice president, but she is also the first Indian American and first black Vice President. I’d be lying if I didn’t admit the tears were flowing during her swearing-in ceremony.
In the coming days, we must rejoice, but we also must be willing to take a step back and realize what we witnessed the previous four years of death, decay, and destruction. A political party in America wanted to throw out the votes of millions, to add insult to injury, many of those who wished to do this are still telling lies about the election. They are still allowed to sow division and seek to rile up hatred in America; it is why we must continue to be engaged and why we must continue to tell the truth regardless of fear or favor.
