Senator Joe Manchin from West Virginia would like to go back to the drawing board with President Biden and fellow Senate Democrats to discuss Build Back Better. Senator Manchin, who wasted countless months and time only to announce on Fox News that he was a no to the Build Back Better plan, now believes that he should be the one writing the bill. It is important to note that I had written a defense of Manchin before he announced he was a no on that sad day that killed the Biden legislative agenda.
