The midterm elections are on Tuesday, and the nation will see the House of Representatives go to the Republican Party. The Senate remains a toss-up. We will attempt to forecast some of the significant Senate races below, and tomorrow we will have another post dealing with what to expect Tuesday night regarding results.
Arizona: Democratic Hold Kelly Wins
Nevada: Republicans pick up Laxalt wins
Pennsylvania: Republican Hold Oz Wins
Georgia: Goes running off Walker leads on Election Night but doesn’t get 50%
New Hampshire: Democratic Hold Hassen Wins
North Carolina: Republican Hold Budd Wins
Wisconsin: Republican Hold Johnson Wins
Ohio: Republican Hold Vance wins
Colorado: Democratic Hold Bennett Wins
Washington: Democratic Hold Murray Wins
Florida: Republican Hold Rubio Wins
Connecticut: Democratic Hold Blumenthal Wins
Republicans have one pick-up on election night, and the battle for control of the Senate comes down to Georgia, which goes to a runoff election since none of the two candidates reach fifty percent in the election.
