Re-elect Biden for Progress
In 2020, Joe Biden assumed the presidency during one of the most challenging times in recent history. With a global pandemic, economic turmoil, and deep political divisions, the United States needed a leader to guide the nation toward a brighter future. As we approach the next presidential election, evaluating President Biden's achievements and why he should be re-elected to continue his transformative agenda is essential.
Effective COVID-19 Response:
President Biden has made defeating the COVID-19 pandemic his top priority, implementing a comprehensive strategy to protect American lives and revive the economy. Under his leadership, the administration launched an ambitious vaccination campaign, successfully inoculating millions of Americans. Biden's dedication to science and expertise has resulted in increased testing capacity, accelerated vaccine distribution, and the development of effective treatment options. Thanks to his steady guidance, the country is now on a path to recovery.
Building Back Better:
President Biden's commitment to rebuilding the economy has been unwavering. He has delivered critical relief to families, small businesses, and state and local governments through the American Rescue Plan Act and subsequent legislation. These measures have supported struggling industries, expanded access to healthcare, and provided direct assistance to millions of Americans. Furthermore, President Biden's proposed American Jobs Plan and American Families Plan aim to revitalize infrastructure, create millions of well-paying jobs, and invest in education and social welfare programs, ensuring a more substantial, fairer, and more prosperous America for future generations.
Climate Change and Environmental Stewardship:
Recognizing the urgency of addressing climate change, President Biden rejoined the Paris Agreement, demonstrating his commitment to global cooperation on environmental issues. He has set aggressive targets for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, promoting clean energy, and transitioning to a sustainable economy. By embracing renewable energy sources, investing in clean technology, and prioritizing environmental justice, President Biden has positioned the United States as a leader in the fight against climate change, working toward a greener and healthier planet.
Restoring Global Diplomacy:
President Biden has prioritized rebuilding America's alliances and reestablishing its leadership on the global stage. Through a more collaborative and multilateral approach, he has reaffirmed the United States' commitment to international cooperation, human rights, and democratic values. By revitalizing diplomatic relationships and engaging in productive dialogue, President Biden has reinvigorated America's role as a trusted partner, promoting stability and peace worldwide.
Promoting Social Equality:
President Biden has taken significant steps to address systemic racism and promote social justice. He signed executive orders to combat racial discrimination, advocated for police reform, and worked to ensure equal access to opportunity for all Americans. With the appointment of diverse and experienced individuals to key positions within his administration, President Biden has made it clear that representation matters. He is creating a more equitable and inclusive society by embracing inclusivity and fostering dialogue.

Through his effective response to the COVID-19 pandemic, his efforts to rebuild the economy, his dedication to combating climate change, his commitment to global diplomacy, and his focus on social equality, President Biden has proven that he is the right leader to guide the United States forward. Re-electing President Biden will ensure all Americans a brighter and more prosperous future.

I am always trying to get Democrats to be more assertive and brainstorm on effective strategies to combat the radical right. I'm so sick of the media stating the low poll numbers for Biden. Honestly, I don't understand why people can't see the amazing things Biden has accomplished and people saying the economy was better under trump that is BS. - people are so misguided and ungrateful. Biden has done more for working families, the environment, and foreign affairs than any president in history. Like that advertisement says, "Age is just a number." I believe in results and Biden has delivered tremendous results and we should let him continue his amazing work. Democrats have historically pulled the country back from the brink of republican disasters, but we never get the credit we deserve because people have "political short-term memory," or they have "deliberate political amnesia." GO BIDEN 2024!
I also worry that people, like bannon, are pushing for a third-party candidate (like insane Kennedy) that will take a significant number of votes away from Biden. We must start right now with effective messaging of progress made by democrats and keep up the pressure showing ALL the criminality of trump and the Fascist activity by republicans. Democrats need to hold relentless, political, upbeat "parties" of HOPE because people respond better to JOY than FEAR.
One last thing, The only way Democrats can eliminate gerrymandering and voter suppression is to replace the electoral college with the popular vote; also, states should allow all their voters to vote on district candidates regardless of where they live because every “district” representative affects the lives of all residents in a state. I realize it would require a large ballot process and effort, but the benefits would be substantial and yield better representation by the will of the people. We should not be holding on to outdated rules of governance (that primarily served white supremacy) that should have been reformed years ago. Democrats need to keep putting out progressive ideas for a better America.
