What A Week
Welcome to the weekend we've made it through the first full week of the Biden Administration, or in other words, an administration that gives a damn about everyone and not just those who chose to vote for him. It's also been a week full of a good eight hours of sleep every night, something I haven't experienced in about four years.
Think of it as a breath of fresh air, an administration that doesn't seek to sow divisions in America but seeks to heal, and administration based on the principle that our diversity is our strength, and our unity is our power. An administration that is already making fast progress in getting the vaccines out to most Americans regardless of their state governor's party identification. An administration that is trying the best they can to reach across the aisle with individuals who don't seek unity but would instead continue with the politics of division to lead to a short term gain at the nation's expense.
The Trump Party continues not to want to move on without their loser of a leader, so it should be undergoing a rebranding as the Trump Party. After all, it only helps Democrats win elections by connecting Trump to the majority of Republicans. We have already discovered the problem for Republican voters. They don't turn out when Trump is not on the ballot. It is merely a movement built around one individual's personality who will also be the downfall of their entire grievance based movement.
